German colleagues Thomas and Christian explained the benefits of using high density MagnaDense concrete in construction projects

During last week's German event, our colleagues Thomas Tepper and Christian Betzing informed the Eastern-German concrete industry on the benefits and opportunities of high density concrete.

The Werk- und Prüfstelleleiter Schulung is a compulsory training that every production head (Werkleiter) and head of quality control (Prüfleiter) has to do on a regular basis to keep his/her qualifications. During this event, several presentations were held regarding aggregates, concrete production, concrete applications, precast elements and general information in the industry.

LKAB Minerals explained the advantages and benefits of using high density concrete in a wide range of construction projects because using MagnaDense influence a project in many ways.

Meeting concrete decision makers

“This conference gives us the opportunity to meet quite a lot of the decision makers of our customers in one spot. The majority of the approximately 300 participants are coming from the eastern part of Germany. This year we had the chance to talk to many customers.” Thomas Tepper, Sales Manager Europe for the Central and Eastern Europe region tells us.

“We also had an interesting discussion at the booth regarding a company looking at the first time of using heavy aggregates. Summarising the two days in Leipzig, this type of event is always a very good opportunity to do networking in the concrete industry. ” Christian Betzing, Sales Engineer Magnetite, adds.

Later this month you can meet our German sales colleagues at the BETONTAGE in Ulm, from 19-20 of February. If you like information but cannot make it to meet our colleagues at the event, you can always contact them directly!
