Calcined Kaolin

Calcined Kaolin is an aluminosilicate material produced by heating natural kaolin to high temperatures in a kiln. This calcination process ensures consistent chemical and physical properties, making it ideal for refractory applications.

Its uses include the manufacture of mid alumina fired and monolithic refractory products. Calcined Kaolin is utilised in the manufacture of refractory products because of its high melting point, hardness, low water absorption and low body thermal expansion.

  • 0-1mm (-1mm)
  • 0-250μm (-60#)
