  • Does talc contain asbestos?

    Our mineral is regularly checked for Quartz crystals linked with Asbestos. Our deposits are checked regularly by a fully accredited service and LKAB Minerals’ talc is approved as adhering to regulations.

  • Is the particle shape of your talc lamellar or granular?

    The granules can be either lamellar or granular. Each has its advantage depending on the applications. LKAB Minerals’ talc is considered as lamellar in the crystal structure.

  • What is the source of Talc? And is this a sustainable source?

    We source our product from the Shetland Isles. At this location, we have a long-standing relationship with the Talc Mine and foresee it continuing long into the future.
