Calcium Conference 2023
The Calcium Conference returns for its fifth year on Thursday 9th November. This year, we are hosting the conference as a hybrid event at the Wychwood Park Hotel in Crewe, with live streaming access for remote attendees.

Calcium plays an integral role in soil and plant health; strengthening a plant’s cell walls, protecting against diseases, and playing a crucial role in soil structure. Despite these benefits, it is often overlooked by the agriculture industry.

For online attendees, we will be hosting this event on Zoom. If you have not received an email confirmation with your access details, please email minerals.marketing@lkab.com.
What will you learn about?
Our speakers will cover various topics on farming, soil, and nutrients. These topics include calcium’s relevance to UK agriculture and how analysis can help farming to understand calcium levels. We will also cover the role of calcium in soil and fertiliser recommendations.
Additionally, you will have a chance to learn how to optimise soil calcium and nutrients on a dairy farm, and calcium’s role in soil and its place in agronomic recommendations and regenerative farming and carbon capture.

This year’s Calcium Conference is a hybrid event. You can attend in person at our venue in Crewe or watch the live event online via our Zoom live stream.
You can register your place here. This event is at Wychwood Park Hotel in Crewe. Registration and networking opens at 9:00 am, with talks beginning at 10:00 am.
PLEASE NOTE: the Zoom link is for online attendees only; you do not need to use this for attending in person.You can register your place here. This event will be live-streamed from 10:00 am onwards. Upon registration, you will receive a Zoom access link.
