MagniF is a high‑density, high‑purity polymer filler with thermal and electrical conductivity. It is used in applications that require dense or ferrimagnetic additives and therefore serves as a functional filler for polymers and coatings across multiple industries.  Key applications include:

High-density polymer filler

• Serves as a functional filler for polymers in a variety of high‑density applications.
• Compounding polymers with MagniF is straightforward, as it behaves isotropically and has a low influence on viscosity.

Detectable compounds

• Incorporated into plastic formulations to create magnetically responsive components.
• Used in precision applications such as sensors and industrial automation.

Brake pads (optimal for cold friction)

• Improves friction stability and increases wear resistance.
• Act as a solid lubricant to reduce excessive wear and heat.

Sound‑damping polymers

• Filled compounds can be extruded into very high‑density parts with excellent surface finish.

Magnetic paint

• When incorporated into wall coatings, chalkboard paints, or furniture coatings, magnets are attracted to the coated surface.

Mineral information

MagniF is manufactured from the natural mineral Magnetite, mined in our own group resources. The LKAB mines are located in Malmberget in the northern part of Sweden.
