We offer a range of products to the paint and coating industry, each carrying unique benefits, suiting them to various different applications.
- MicaFort : MicaFort, made from different Mica’s is a mineral filler for a range of polymer and coating applications. In polymers MicaFort carries benefits including reductions to warping, improvements to surface finish properties, and reinforcement. In coatings, it can improve the lifetime of coatings, reducing water vapour permeability, and increasing strength.
- Talc : Talc is used in various industrial coating applications, including primers and undercoats. Used as a filler or extender, it carries benefits such as corrosion resistance, and paint stability.
- Marble : Made from 100% recycled marble, our marble powers are some of the purest and brightest on the market. It is a mineral extender, making it an alternative to polymer in several thermoplastic resins.
- MagniF : Part of our Magnetite range of products, MagniF is a filler for polymers and coatings. It’s noise and vibration damping , increased density , ferri-magnetic attraction, metal detectability and absorption of microwave energy make it perfect for the automotive industry , ferri-magnetic coatings , detectable polymer compounds , and brake pads .
- ATH : ATH, or Aluminium Trihydrate is derived from Bauxite ore, refined to a fine white powder. It provides solutions for solid surfacing , and fire retardancy in coatings and polymers .
- UltraCarb : Our UltraCarb is a Huntite-based mineral filler, used in a range of applications, including PVC compounds , flame retardant foams , wire and cable , adhesives and sealants , and flame retardant paint .
